Can you believe its a new year. I am pretty sure this school semester is going to be a peice of cake. I'm taking a music class. I have to go to five concerts. 3 classical and 2 of my choice. I'm sooo happy for my dear friend Madelaine Daniels... now Sessions. She got married yesterday in the salt lake temple. It was one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to. It was at the Salt lake Hardware building. It was so simple and classy. She had a live jazz band playing. Once she gets the pictures back I'll have to post some of the reception center.

This girl has seriously been on of my best friends since I moved up here. She was so sweet to include me in her plans and introducing me to so many of my closest friends now. I'm so grateful for her love of life spirit. She is such a strong person and such a good example. I'm so happy for her.

Her husband Alex is such a lucky guy and she is such a lucky girl. You can just tell he loves her so much. I'm so so happy for them.

christmas was a blast. spending time with my family is always the best. we made gingerbread houses this year. it was a new thing. It was fun but lets just say when the gublers start getting sticky from icing we are over it.!!! here are some pictures from that.

It's snowing today i couldn't help but smile when i walked outside this morning. I loved it. The air has been yuck so we needed this hopefully it clears it out. Oh man if you even knew how much I loved my friends voices they sang on a christmas cd its great. they sing the first noel and it is a complete dream.

I love christmas time. Its feeling perfect these days! I went on a drive down christmas street with stevie and hunter on our way to a house party we got to rock Hunter's Vw Van. Its also a dream.

Today is my last day of the semester! can't even wait. So nice to be done. This semester has been stressful but great too. I've met a lot of new people this semester compared to last semester its been a fun time at the school!

Well I guess this is long past due. I'm super stoked that there is only two weeks left of this semester. Talk about over it. next semester we will see how that one goes. Thanksgiving was great. I hadn't been to hurricane in ages so it was fun to see all my family. I also got to have a girls night with all the childhood friends. I LOVED it. I miss them. I can't believe it is almost christmas time. but you know what Its cool because I have all my christmas shopping done. How happy can I be about that? pretty happy.

I'm really excited about this christmas season. I love going out during this time. the christmas lights are out. The christmas music is playing that i usually hate but it wouldn't be the same without it. Its such a magical time. I didn't really say that shhhh.

It was miss mad dog daniels bridal shower last night, and last night i found out another girlfriend is getting married. It was fun for all the slc girls to get together.

I can't help but say how unmotivated I've been lately with work and school basically want to burn down the building when i get to work (except nannying I love that job to pieces.) and school ugh i need to snap out of it. but at least I'm sort of caught up with it all. I have to write a paper this weekend and study study study for a math test. and it just doesn't sound like that good of a time. I hate math can't wait for next semester (not taking a math class). Despite the unmotivation I'm a pretty happy person the last few weeks. I am completely excited about the holidays I love the atmosphere when I'm out and about or at home cuddled up in blankets reading. although I'm not fond of the cold it just wouldn't be the same without it during these times. snows come and i know it is only coming more which is stressful with driving up to the mountains where i decidec to live. crazy me. I'm missing my missionary marci so very much but she is doing the best. her emails/letters make me laugh the most. Can't wait for her to get back. I had an emotional break down the other day but I had the best company to talk to things about. I can't help but feel better about it all. I feel pretty lucky these days. I have the best parents and sisters and my brother they are all rocking. I got to see my sister Tenille when she was up here and i had so so much fun with her. I love when she visits. My mom is coming up on thursday hopefully I will get to see her and my dad. I hope everyone is the best.!

these past two weeks have been so so busy. its been stressful and great. School's been so busy but good. Its snowing today up in cottonwood I about died about it this morning. I drive down to nanny in sugarhouse and only rain. totally convincing me its time to move back to sugarhouse. Last night we had a splendid little tea party with games and dancing. I love my friends the most. I'm really positive though that winter is coming way way way to fast.

lately all i do with my social life is hang out with these two. then school and work and sleep. is that pathetic? whatever its fine i'm really good at holding a text conversation. these two crack me up daily. the other day they both had to go to the bathroom and eli got to the closes bathroom first. izzy is just dancing around saying eli is taking forever. i tell her to run upstairs and she refuses. she runs to check on eli then comes back and says. Can you believe it's october? Such a crazy thing. This september went way to fast, next thing you know it will be Christmas... well shoot.

Since school's started I've been oh so busy. It's been great though, minus a bit stressful. I took my first math test yesterday I'm practically dying waiting for my score. I would just really like to see how I'm doing. It's giving me a headache.

I have a million things making me happy these days. If only I could name them all. but for now you just get a few.

Well I love nannying more than ever even when they are as crazy as today, they can just brighten my day and turn it into a good day by sweet little things like when i ask them why they are so nice to me and get the reply back from eli- because we love you kylee and then izzy- yeah we heart you. can just melt my heart.

plus sexy dad that drops his little girl off at preschool don't mind staring at you everyday.

School is good. minus I'm still a bit worried about math. I want it to be easy but it's not for me. boo. I guess I will just learn to deal with it right. I am liking all my other classes pretty well though. communications is interesting and I'm liking critical thinking and reasoning for the most part. I have a feeling i will be put out of my comfort zone soon. what do you do.

I get to go down to hurricane this weekend to see my family and do my little sisters hair. what an adventure.

sometimes i forget how beautiful salt lake city is. I'm stuck at school waiting for class to start and I'm staring out the window at the trees and mountains. and it is breath taking. minus one or two ugly buildings but the capitol sure is great.

I am reading lord of the rings right now. So of course I had to go out and buy the movies last night. I only found the first and third but they were only nine bucks. I made some girlfriends have a lord of the rings party with me and we watched the first one. and as soon as i buy the second one you can bet on what we are doing.

Sadie just so happened to have a cardboard cutout of legolas just about made my night the only thing that could top it would be a cardboard cut out of aragon. or the real life aragon.

any ways about school i was fetting about my math class. about ready to die about it when i found example problems in the corner of my online assignments. The best thing ever I about cried with joy.

The first day of school was yesterday. I have four classes this semester. I wish I had more credits but with two jobs and school it makes it tough. I start my days out early every day but its good to be up and kickin it with the twins by 8:30. then I drop the twins off at spanish preschool at 12:30. Then I drive down town to the Business College. My day starts there at 1:30 where I have my communications class my teacher is just darling. then I have my Religion class where my teacher is a little too happy where its on the verge of annoying so we will see how that goes. then I have an hour break and on tuesdays my dear friend nikki has the same break so we wrote miss marci a joint hilarious letter. We were sitting in the hall way at this point and one of the religion teachers asked if I wanted to date his non active son. and i thought only at a LDS school would this happen ha.

Well then I went to my critical thinking and reasoning class, then my killer math class I just hope to pass. but really I can't quite tell how my classes are going to be yet. you know the whole first day syllabus thing. . I got about 5 complements on my shoes about 3 on my hair and one teacher told me I was just the cutest girl. I feel like that also only happens at a LDS school.

Well this is how I looked this morning. I am just the cutest thing I've ever seen.

But now I'm a little more put together, but not really.

Well here is the story. My whole schedule changed yesterday. I guess Isabel and Eli didn't get into their preschool and the only opening was in the afternoon. So as of today I work 8:45-12:30 monday through friday. and then only two closing shifts at barnes and noble a week. then school on tuesdays and thursdays from 1:30-8:40 Long days I think i will make it. I'm just lucky I get to hang out with these two all morning.

I have a wish list of things I badly want that are aesthetically pleasing to me. basically j.crew everything, anthropologie, and urban outfitters. I get the catalogs and just start dreaming. ha. I'm just listening to the twins talk back and forth and it is cracking me up.

I'm up super early today nannying. Brooklyn had to take stella to an interview for a charter school. So i get to hang out with these two for 7 hours instead of 4!!!

I'm super ready for school. I just want to get this semester over then the next then the next.... then hopefully it is off to the U for me. ha ha. I'm heading down to Hurricane in a few weeks. Can't wait to see my fam and go eat at Benja. Why is it so good? I'm craving drunken noodles and mango rice.

I have been working like a workaholic these past two weeks. I barely have time to breath. okay that is way not true since nannying is totally laid back. Me mads and shelby had a dinner the other night we got all dressed up then after we went and got dessert at the cheesecake factory with a couple other girls it was so much fun. well one more shot of me and izzy.

Well lets see... this weekend has been a crazy one well i should say random.. I'm such a lame person to be sooo excited for september. I know you are all wondering why september... well let me tell you, that is when all my shows start up again. I'm such a tv junkie. I just can't help it. I love movies, tv, and books. basically living through other people. ha ha.

Shelby has gotten all moved in. I officially share a room again. But it's fine because this room is soooo big and we still have tons of room. plus our room is the hangout place now and I love that. Unless I'm wanting to sleep than I'm not the fondest.

I miss my best friend Marci. I want to hang out with her soo bad. I hate not being able to call her and tell her the stupidest things that happened that day that only she would appreciate. I was going through my facebook (lame I know) but i was reading past things and the stuff marci would write was sooo funny. ha ha.

I went on a double date with miss Rachelle Ballard last night and let me tell you what a night. All I'm going to say is swimshorts, phil, 80 dollar dinner, cherry stem knots. girls kiss, boys kissing girls, movies, and YOU OWE ME's. hopefully shell reads this she will only understand.

Well I'm just in love with this weekend. it was perfect. I wish every weekend could be perfect. I didn't work at all sunday or monday, and it was just splendid really. My friend shelby is moving in with me and sharing my gigantic room. rent will be off the wall cheap. I am updating my side of the room now. just adding more personality to it. I will keep you up dated. I just ordered this.

I'm not sure where its going yet, but i love it one hundred percent. I dream of having my own little apartment that I can decorate. One day I'll be able to afford it. Something along the lines of this. love <3

I'm way excited about school. I finally found a book bag. All thanks to my sister Tenille. I'm way happy about it. I'm ready for school to start. three weeks in counting. Back to being OBSESSED with Chai. Coffee Noir takes the cake on best Chai in SLC that I've found thus far. So glad Tenille found it and shared. Obviously Ten coming to SLC for the weekend was the best decision. I hate that I had to work so much while she was here. If my vote counts for anything she would be moving here yesterday!

I cheated and went downtown on sunday to watch adele from a parking garage across the street free concert. Thank goodness she has a voice that carries. She is simply amazing. I should of payed just to be closer thats how great she is.

I actually really like that because how many times do you see people not doing something they love because they think it makes them uncool. I always try and live life for myself to make myself happy and be true to me. I think most of the time I succeed

My friend Tyler Soelberg Passed away thursday afternoon. I was shocked when i found out. it still doesn't seem real to me.
I met Tyler when i very first moved to salt lake. me and Marci were finishing up at the salon and Tyler was trying to fix Fauntelles computer. well we decided to wait around and talk with him. at one oclock in the morning it still wasn't done so we went to the pie. and Tyler educated marci on boys and how they use the restroom ha and we've all been friends ever since. Tyler was like an older brother to me. He was always sweet and would help me at the drop of a pin. countless times I've called him for help on math homework or help with my computer. He was such a giving person. I just don't know what we will do with out him. I know he is lucky and has it so much better than we do down here on earth. I love him a lot and would hope you would send prayers to his family.

I love my friends. we were having the best conversation yesterday about how much we truly love each other. I seriously am so grateful for these girls coming into my life at the perfect time. its so strange how you can only know someone a short time as in a few months and it seems like forever. I hate that they live in provo. its the saddest. There is never a dull moment when we all get together.

she has got the most beautiful spirit about her as well. I have really never heard her say one rude thing about
anyone. She radiates niceness.

Miss Rachelle-
I am honestly so surprised about how much we are alike. It's kind of scary. She is always always concerned
about others even if they don't necessarily deserve it. She always goes out of her way to make sure all her
friends are happy. She is very selfless in that way. She seriously is beautiful inside and out.

I really am so happy for great friends who share so much with me everyday. friends i can call and cry about life to. That I can giggle about boys with. that I can be my absolute self always with no judgement. It really is such a treasure in life. So wonderful

Life as of lately...

Well I guess I've been staying pretty busy, which is always best. I loved visiting my family this month. My mom and dad are seriously the best. They help me out so much and I'm so grateful for that. I'm pretty much way handy around the house I've figured out. I don't need help putting things together, and I don't need help taking them apart. I have been thinking lately how bad I wish to be artistic. I'm surrounded by such talented people with work friends, home friends, and friend friends. I mean I honestly think to do hair you have to be artistic especially to be good at it, but you know. Sometimes I have these ideas and I just wish I knew how to execute them.

I also wish I had a way with words. I sit and listen to people talk and the way people give advice and state their opinions, it is amazing to me. A lot of the time I never actually say what I mean or what I'm thinking, or I just don't know how to put it into words. Its actually quite frustrating for me. It's something I really do try and work on. I just know I have so much opportunity to learn, especially from the people I surround myself with. I honestly can't begin to express how wonderful that is.

As I've gotten older I am finally realizing/admitting to myself that I am an emotional girl and that I really feel for people (even if they are not real movies/books) sort of embarrassing that I can't mask those emotions. I also realize that I'm a romantic at heart. I've always been pretty independent when it comes to boys, I won't let just anyone in. What if i were spontaneous in that aspect of my life?

I honestly can say I'm so grateful for where I'm at in life. sometimes I get down but then I realize the only reason I'm feeling this way is because I let myself, its really up to me. It's just like the quote my mom had up on our refrigerator growing up, " The only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude." I really try to be a happy and positive person that people including myself(especially myself) would want to be around. Well I have no idea where half of this came from.

I have missed these cute girls.

Last night was for sure a good night. Just perfect. I'm so grateful for my friends and how stupid and goofy we can be with each other. Have you ever hung out with those people where you feel like you are being judged the second you walk in, these girls and boys are just not like that in the slightest. It makes for a much more fun night.

Well we all know I'm not one to be extra sporty, but just look at me kick that soccerball. Ali and Nate invited us all to play Kicksoccer and have pizza the other night. Kick soccer is Nate's favorite game. It was definitely a night of memories. Nate is such a happy spirit and I'm way happy to know him and his family.

Well let's see. I promised this night to myself to clean my room and bathroom.
not that my room is ever that dirty(If you know me at all you know this is true)
But my closet is kind of a mess. but instead i took a bath and then laid on my bed
and watched the bachelorette. I honestly don't know why I even waste my time.
That show is ridiculous but it does kind of make me laugh. Especially when people
think they are in love... but who can really fall in love on a show like that. And its
pretty sad that the bad guy is always my favorite. why do I laugh at the guy faking
it and making the girl look stupid ... that just makes me awful.

Work work work... seriously 1030 to 7 is the hardest shift. I was dying today. I've
been way to anxious the past few days. these two old men asked me where i was from
today and i said hurricane. and later as i was walking past one was like hey hurricane
he doesn't believe me that they raise pecans in hurricane. and I said we sure do my
cute grandparents have a million too many trees,. I said if you grew up shelling them
then you'd believe it. and then one told me I had a great smile. I told him that was sure
nice of him to say. then walked away. I swear this job gives me the best most
awkward stories.

I went to the dollar theatre with miss Rachelle Ballard yesterday. i now need to specify on
which Rachelle I'm with since I know three these days. anyways back to WFE seriously
such a good one. I was so in love with that elephant. I'm not going to lie i cried well shed some tears
twice. Rachelle can attest to this unfortunately. Seriously why do i get so emotionally
attached to characters in books and movies you would think they were my closest friends
or something.

I need to register for the fall semester. I am excited for new classes. I realized
that I want to be smarter.. ha ha that sounds so stupid. I mean I know I'm smart
but i just want to learn more. on sooo many subjects. I find myself so attracted to
smart people it's such an inspiration. and I feel like its such an achievable goal cause
anytime you learn something new you are smarter ... goal achieved. This whole
post is just ridiculous I should be done.

Well I've been in all different sorts lately
is that even a real thing to say?
it's how i feel. I like it alright.
I've had a lot of realization this week
thats really like a FINALLY moment
I'm sad my week of no work is over.
I thought I'd have the chance to sit down and read
but it never seemed to happen I was just too busy
enjoying nature to even think about it.
I got to play with my cute cousin madison I seriously
was the happiest to see her. she is cute.

I got to spend time with my room mates they are
such sweethearts. we went hiking and to the
Farmers market this weekend. I honestly have
such a great time with them. I'm so happy to
be surrounded by such different types of people
and personalities.

It was a rainy day today. It was beautiful.
We went on a drive. It was so green up by
the mountains and a slight fog over the tops I
have know idea why i find that so romantic but i do.
It's funny the things i think sometimes.

The past few days have just been blissful.
I seriously am in love with this weather.
I feel so light and happy when its here.
I love salt lake all the time but lets face it
winter and being stuck indoors can cause some depression.
Being outside is just my favorite thing on the planet.
I just don't want it to end.

I was at smiths with my dear friend ali
and we were doing self check out on different
lanes and ali Yells over to me ...

Today was a good day. I spent the day with
my cute Room mate Ali Egan. She is so inspiring
and helps me want to be better.
We had a conversation about life today
she said something that really stuck with me
Life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful

be heaven.

our relief society lesson was simply amazing
today. lots of good stuff.

Welll lets see. my goodness this whole week i work 11 to 11 basically. and next week oh and the next week its cool there goes my social life. I'm totally fine with it... sorta.
well I got to see my twin and her husband the other day and i got to see jimmy eat world play. also got hit on by a 13 year old while at the show. or the two older boys used their younger brother as an excuse. here is the convo hey our little brother has never talked to a cute redhead before... oh please worst pickup line ever. the little boy was pretty funny though.

Month of May Everybody Sing Love

I Haven't been able to find the motivation to post anything lately. I keep thinking I will and I don't so tonight which is wednesday may 11th at 11:55 I decided to see if I could get this done. sooo lame.

My life is boring these days well lets not say boring just BUSY..!! I'm nannying Monday through Friday. And I am in LOVE with these kids they seriously bring a smile to my face all the time. They say the cutest things .. Even when they are mad over silly things. Eli ran up stairs today and I followed him and asked him what was wrong and he yelled I am very angry at you. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't tell me why. It only lasted a second before he was not mad at me for a mystery reason.
Izzy was telling me as we were watching a commercial that she loved the lady with blonde hair and I asked her why and she tells me its because she is more beautiful than I am. hahaha then Eli looks at me and says reassuringly I think you are beautiful. ha ha so cute.

Besides Nannying I pretty much close everynight at Barnes and Noble. It's killing me. I do get to start working on the book floor so it will be a nice little switch up from working in the cafe all the time.

Well Last weekend I had my 21st birthday. FINALLY! My friends in SLC have been waiting for this day for three and a half years. I have never been old enough to go dancing with them to go to the concerts at the bars. well its a whole nother story now!! ha ha

I started my birthday off with a little lagoon action it was great and fun. perfect weather. and lots of fun rides.

Then We did the whole dinner and dancing at the clubs. It really was such a fun night and I'm soo happy that I got to celebrate with such fun people.

I hope my twin sisters birthday was just as special. :)

Lots of nonsense

Well I've been pretty busy lately. so I haven't been posting. along with my internet not working. so frustrating not working finals week. it's fine I figured it out. I just got back from a stg trip. loved seeing my family and good friends over easter weekend. It was a blast. and Benja never tasted so good. why am I obsessed with Thai food? especially Benja Thai food.

I started my new Nanny job this week, and oh my goodness are the kids the cutest thing you've ever seen. Isabelle and Eli are the four year old twins and they are the sweetest things. Then the six year old
Stella is the cutest I will only be watching her sometimes.

So now I am closing nights at Barnes and Noble. Its tiring but you got to do what you got to do.

And we also had a few celebrations for madi's birthday. we threw her a surprise party and she is the hardest person to surprise but we totally succeeded.

I went to local natives and Arcade Fire this month it was such and amazing concert.

I wish i had more exciting things to talk about but I don't so thats that.

Well lets see this is technically my last day of Schooolll til the fall semester which starts in September. which gives me loads of time to search for another job and get settled in and start making more money please. If i find a good one it's see you later barnes and noble even though i love you.

Its a rainy day today. I love the rain. but I'm ready for a perfect spring day. FOR REAL!

I should be studying for my math final but i can't get myself to. This is an awful way of thinking. I'm so glad it will be over after today. well besides the post assessment i have to take at home before Tuesday but that should be cake.

Arcade Fire and Local Natives is this coming Monday and i can not wait. really, it will be an amazing concert. here I'll help you out and let you have a listen to them both.

Well Washington has come and gone and I have never been more sad in my life. I seriously have never gone anywhere with absolutely no part of me wanting to go home it never happens. I can't decide if i want to live in Washington or Oregon both are amazing and it is now a goal of mine to move there and live for a while or forever which ever my heart desires.

I swear things just happen to me at work, that make me slightly uncomfortable and awkward but its cool I've come to expect it. So it really comes as no surprise. The other day these two boys who looked sixteen came in and ordered drinks Dawnette took the order and I started making the drinks. Well one of the boys comes over and says to me. "I have a Question for you,. ... Me- Okay? Him- Have you ever considered modeling. we work for a talent agency and wondering if you were interested... me- I'm just really busy with school and work. Him- people do it all the time who have a full schedule and think once you start booking jobs it could be your job while your in school. Me-(sarcastically) Yeah in salt lake city Him- (not sensing the Sarcasm)Yeah its awesome right. me- Laughing.... needless to say he gave me his card. a little sixteen year old. PLEASE no thank you.
I told Dawnette how random weirdos do this kind of stuff to me. and no joke later that night a guy comes up to us who has already ordered and says hey i have a question for you and points to me. so I'm like yeah? Him- Have you ever considered modeling... I about lose it cause Dawnette is trying not to laugh as well and i say no not really.
He tells me he is a painter and to prove it he goes to the magazines grabs an art one shows me that he's published and not a perv has his picture by his BEAUTIFUL art to prove it. and gives me his card to contact if i want my portrait painted.
So question is should i do it .. its' been a week since this incident and I'm leaning towards I don't have the time.

PS. The Italian at my work asked me out I honestly was so surprised i thought he was going to ask me to work for him but instead he says well do you want to see a movie tomorrow. ha ha. It was fun. I love meeting people who have interesting stories and are from other places. since I've been like NOWHERE.

The best way to be interesting is to talk about Ideas not people. I way want to be interesting. I want people to be like man shes interesting I want to talk to HER again. Is that lame? Kind of? Its fine.

Well the weather has been so nice lately. i just want it to stay that way. We went on a hike yesterday and it was beautiful ... we walked on snow but we were still getting hot. I'm absolutely in love with this weather please just keep getting better. so over the snow.

Seriously Im obsessed with white daisies i love them is it lame to say i want to start buying myself flowers every week for the ones i love its only five dollars and they are just so cute.

We leave for Washington this weekend ... woo hoo road trip and fun times ahead. I seriously can not wait.

Meet My NEW boyfriend. He is a JCrew Model. He is perfect. His outfit is the best, his hair and scruff my style.

Did i mention i have a twin in one of my classes. we look nothing alike but i swear we are the same person. we wore the same boots once she inspires me ... I inspire her. we both look up anthropology website and covet the clothes before class starts. she likes passion tea i like passion tea.

I Am still absolutely in love with my room. I do know I want a rug, for my living room area. My mom is letting me take a cute desk that makes me 100% happy since I've been searching for one.

Well I am all moved and put back together thank goodness. i do not like living in a mess. Anyone who knows me knows this is true. I went and got a sheet to cover up this ugly plaid couch that was left in my room. I figured if i can make it cute then it will be nice to have since my room is huge and would be empty without it. Its kind of like i have a living room and bedroom and bathroom all to myself. its nice. Minus i need to paint the bathroom its two different colors and looks pretty ugly. but i will get around to that eventually.

The girls and I leave for Washington next weekend I'm really really excited and can not wait.I need to go grocery shopping i have zero food. i left my Top Ramen at the other house i need to go pick it up ha ha.

I should be doing more homework but i just don't want to i need to go talk to my teachers about the week I'm going to be gone I hope i don't miss too much.

So the big move begins in T-minus thirty minutes. I'll do most of it before church and the rest after. awww I'm freaking out a bit. I'll miss my cute little sugarhouse House with the most beautiful backyard. I'll miss my older sister roommates. I won't miss my closet of a room and even less my cupboard of a closet.

I went to a masquerade dinner last night. you all might get to see pictures of that later if you are lucky.

1. I went to beans and brew and i got a free drink and got called sweetheart again. Love you beans and brew boy!

2. None of you guys have to worry about helping me find a girl to take my room because i did the dirty work all on my own. so guess its a good day for you guys too

3. I get to move into my new room this weekend. woohoo time to decorate.

4. I traded my blue lexus for a white lexus!!

5. I PAID OFF MY CAR LOAN ... this is making me the happiest.

6. Washington 3 weeks and counting.

7. Marci should be getting her call this Wednesday so exciting for her!

Well this is why I'm happy. :) it's been a good week thus far please bless it stays that way.

I went to the movie Just Go With it. with Jenifer Aniston and Adam Sandler and it was the cutest. I was a little skeptical of it at first but seriously so funny and the kids are the greatest. Also if I could have my body be Jenifer Anistons I'd be pretty happy.

It's Sunday night and I'm bored out of my mind so here i am blogging away! Todays been such a lazy day. I should have washed my hair before church but no i just braided it up on the top of my head like i do everyday lately. i can't help it its easy and fast. It must be the snow seriously yesterday it was all gone and we wake up today to a foot or more of it.. It's definitely what made me lazy. plus i wore my combat boots to church today but that was another its snowing and my feet are cold and i will slip in heels thing. I'm so ready for spring come on and just give it to me mother nature.

Did i say how excited I am for Washington. yeah like i can barely wait. Yes you will hear about it until its over probably even after.

I did a bad thing today mom you will get mad at me but while we were at church Marci and i were feeling sad that we couldn't have a home cooked meal for dinner on Sunday so we went out and ate with Mike Tyler and Staph. Worst of all it was Chukarama ... ewww right but it was SOOO good. they have the best scones. but I have vowed never to go again. SO sick along with being good. I am not a buffet person that is for sure.

So its finally Saturday! so glad that i don't work tomorrow. and I can sleep in I just haven't gotten enough sleep this week. It's such a shame. my room is a mess i need to clean it. I also need to KSL my room so i can move in with the girls. I have another Anatomy Exam i have to do this weekend. I'm way over this class by the way. supposedly after this exam and the next one its supposed to get easier but really who knows.

Oh my gosh i can't believe i almost forgot ... WASHINGTON with the girls is so on! Im literally soooo excited. We are going to Long Beach washington, We are staying in this HUGE lighthouse mansion that madi's mom is working on for this guy who is loaded. basically we can ride horses on the beach. we can fourwheel through the forest. they have skim boreds sandrails. plus the beach by the house is privately owned by him so its all ours ... we only have to pay for gas and food to cook at the house .. all in all about a hundred bucks for a week of fun! I can't wait a month away!

this is what we do... oh you think me and my friends are cool. so do we. thats why we sent out a mass text last night saying there was a party at kari's and we got so many boys over there. i mean besides the fact they only stayed like twenty minutes tops in intervals when they realized there was actually no party just four very bored girls

Seriously even yesterday!

Well lets talk about yesterday! 1. I started my . booo!!! always makes me mad. but that added on the cramps! 2. at work this old man was mean to me booo!!! i don't like mean people.

Then the powers out at my house all day long and night meaning I'm stuck in the dark. and can i also say it was at night part of the time and i always scare myself....as I'm trying to entertain myself i get a call from the bank saying I'm late on my car payment and I'm like no I'm not i always pay. i find the problem i paid online in January so I'm like ha take that Zions bank. well i go down there to make them see their mistake well they point out on that payment that i put the account number as my checking instead of my loan account number so it really took the money out and put it back in my account so my car payment never got paid. sometimes i hate my own stupidity. so now I'm 150 dollars less in my checking.

then to top off the night i couldn't go to BEN KWELLER who i love because I am not 21. so i was in the dark home alone on a snowy stormy night that by the way had thunder and lightning furring a snow storm ... what?

Well today started off better I went to beans and brew to get a chai on my way to school and the boy gave me a medium instead of the small i ordered which he has done before then he winked at me. he calls me sweetheart sometimes and tells me I'm cute. I go for the self esteem boost. no jk jk. i go for the Chai come on guys.!

I got an 80% on my Anatomy test thank goodness i found out we got two tries at it i was very happy about that.!

today was good i liked today. i swear it hit 60 degrees today. I was in love with outside. windows were down in the car music was up. honking and yelling at people may have happened to and from church. It's cool we can be mature sometimes.

Tomorrow is valentines day gag me... I work. then i should go to a lovely party my friends from the ward are having they are the cutest girls i know. is it creepy to say that i want to be them when i grow up even though I'm pretty sure they are my age or maybe a year or two older. maybe a little bit? don't hold it against me.

I watched the Grammys and loved it. Eminem rocks my world LIVE amazing. Justin Bieber should of taken both the Grammys he was nominated for common guys he is the cutest. If i hear the song need you now one more time i might die! Muse amazing.

Im so excited for Adele's new cd. out next week or the week after i think. I love her may 22nd we will be together and i couldn't be more excited thank goodness i will finally be 21 and wont miss out on this one.

I played with marci this weekend. She is my favorite girl. An old client gave me and marci a 50 dollar gift certificate to go eat at some of the nice restaurants down town and we finally used them! thank you Patty!

Don't you just love my Tuesday and Thursday posts.? you know the ones where I'm at school and I'm just typing nonsense to take up time? I sure do. I had a quiz in anatomy today . basically this test was the back side of the 400 terms i had to memorize .. it was awful. I could not concentrate but at least its done 86/100 and i don't have to worry about it only the exam that opened today. ANATOMY is going to be the death of me seriously what the heck was I thinking in taking this class. It is so stressful.

The past few days have been unbearably hot in the school. I'm like hey turn on the air conditioner it gives me a headache.

Well I'm planning on moving out of my house to a new house in cottonwood heights. Probably the first of march. I just need to find someone to take my room. It will be nice living with girls my own age and they are very social so i won't be such a homebody. plus its closer to work and i get a huuuuggge room and a walk in closet. all for only twenty more then i am paying now plus utilities are cheaper. so all in all I will be paying less for a better deal. plus if i want to share a room its big enough to do so making rent WAY cheap!

Today has been one of those stressful days that i can't wait to be over. actually i just can't wait til this semester is over so i can be done with anatomy. I know complain much?

I'm bored I want to go home and take a nap. I want to go somewhere exotic and by that i mean just out of the country. last night i had a dream that i was going to Russia with Madison. why could this not be reality!? It would be pretty awesome.
A kid in my English class today said hey i saw you at a party on Friday ... ugh don't see me place. jk i told him next time to come say hi. lets face it i need all the friends i can get! No I'm joking i do have a lot of friends but its fun seeing people you know especially up here. I mean STG no thanks rather not see people. that was rude I'm joking.

Oh yes it's another school post. seriously i get bored so I'm going to type. My sister just texted me saying she was at the Barnes and Noble cafe and thinking of me sooo sweet right. only because i work there. It really is the funnest job. i love making all the drinks. Just call me worlds best barissta. Right now my favorite drink is the cinnamon dolche steamer with soy milk. it is the best!I meet a lot of interesting sweet people.. here are two examples of encounters that might happen (that did happen both yesterday)

1. Ken ... kens a regular. I'm the new girl. ken has a mustache with the twirls on the end its the best I've seen Clark gable style he actually looks like Clark Gable. Anyways he comes in yesterday and is telling me all about this book he was trying to find for me about redheads isn't that just the sweetest thing. he told me he was going to keep trying to find it.

2. little old yoga instructor. i don't remember her name but she was the sweetest. she told me and Andrea that she loved us and that we were just the sweetest girls ever. She then proceeded to tell me that i had a positive energy about me and that she only surrounds herself with people like me. she then put her hands together and bowed saying nomis day! (the divine light in me honors the divine light in you.
A.k.a my spirit wishes you peace and harmony to your spirit.
I respect you and realize your existence with love and compassion.) that pretty much gives you and idea what it means if you didn't know. those yoga hippies i can't help but love.

School is hard. I'm always doing home work. don't get me wrong i knew what i was getting into but I am aloud to vent. Sometimes as my sis ten says I want to be to cool for school. and just cut out early but i know I will miss something. and i can't do that today because i have a test in my last class which is math... boooo! please bless i do alright! I think I'll be okay!

I'm really obsessed with The Bachelor although i think whats his face is an idiot. i can never remember his name. Emily is too good for him she needs to be the new bachelorette. I want one of the shaontelles to win. Michelle is my favorite please don't not give her a rose she makes the show so much more fun to watch.

I'm hanging out with girlfriends tonight. thank goodness they save my life. my Ipod on shuffle today is rocking my world. Music makes me better. I really wish i could afford to go buy something cute for myself.! Usually that's what i would do when I'm feeling down and it instantly helps. is that just the saddest thing you've heard? One day I'll be really successful and i can afford such things

Well what an eventful night I've had Its staph's birthday tomorrow so we went to dinner at pizza factory for her birthday which i was so happy about because i got to eat a salad and i love their salad there. sadly I didn't get a picture with the birthday girl but I did get pictures with friends who I love and that always make me smile. I ate and ran though because I had to get to the girls house to get ready for something they were calling a black tie affair?

So once I got to Madi's it was all girl stuff from there make up, hair, dresses and more dresses. Everyone not satisfied with how they look. rearranging until you finally can't stand looking in the mirror anymore so you give up and say peace. We drove down to pleasant grove (I know PG) We get to this supposedly amazing party thats supposed to have ice skating on the roof three levels of dance party theater rooms. uh where was all of that.? only one small CROWDED dance floor. I ran into Mr. Trevor Long we always see each other randomly. Then a ton of slc and provo friends. We ended the night with frils from maverick classy right?

Well I'm at school ... killing time i suppose but i was once told to never kill time. wise words of advice right? I actually read it in a book of advice no one told me, and I'm just remembering it now. I'm listening to the shins hence the title of this blog. can i say i like them and i hope broken bells isn't a permanent thing even though i also really like them.

So my Anatomy tests, one i totally rocked the other is a sad story that i won't tell. We had a peer group session in English today. basically everyone reads your essay and in my case tells me how great it is.. no I'm kidding. Seriously though Me and math are behind which means yes I am behind in math all because of one substitute who is seriously a little insane. After this weekend i will hopefully be all caught up.

So us girls have an idea for spring break and when i say us girls i really mean me Madi, Shelby, Ali and Lindy want to hit up a mansion in Washington on a privately owned peninsula... what? If the place isn't being rented and we are able to go then i will expand more on the subject. I will add that i really need this trip please bless it happens and we calculated that if it does happen then each of us can probably do this trip in a hundred bucks how sweet is that.

I am working at barnes and noble but i have a lot on my mind. I might move in with some new girls because one marci is leaving on a mission and two they are closer to my age meaning i wont sit at home all the time. and i would get a huge room and closet for twenty bucks more then i am paying now. but my utilities would be cheaper meaning in all actuality id be paying less. plus in march i can pay the rest of my car off... woo hoo no more car payment.

Okay so sundance is always a fun time. On Saturday I went to pick up my friend Miss Shelby Paul from park city she was there doing hair for a fashion show for ashley paige who is a swimsuit designer. she has been on the hills and other shows. We stayed at the party for a bit and said hi to tyson. then we went down main street then just ate at a cafe. It was super cold so we were both okay with ending the night after dinner. Next year i want to actually go see a sundance film.

Well lets see I've been pretty busy as of the first of January. School has pretty much kept me on my toes. I'm still not really use to it. It's been good though I'm excited about learning I've missed it and I know its missed me. I'm taking English, Math, Computer Applications, and Anatomy & Physiology. Basically my life consists of School, LOTS of home work, Some Work and when I'm not doing those two things friends and room mates. I have a new calling in church. I am now the chorister in Relief Society. And really only i could sit down in the middle of the song on my first day leading. I always know how to embarrass myself. :)

Our Lovely friend Dave Ackerman has a family tradition where they host a benefit Christmas party every year and everyone donates money when they arrive and its given to a charity of choice. well they put on a show which is hilarious did i mention Dave went to comedian school. well the night didn't end there we had turkeytinies and got to see old and new friends. it was great.

Also I have finally finished my college placement test and i am so relieved I did actually well. maybe getting back into the mindset of school wont be so hard. I'm all registered for my first semester. I might be cussing myself once this all starts,but i am feeling so good and know this is going to be so great for me. I'm looking for a part time job to start in January. Mon, Wed, Fri and Saturday. Tues and Thursday are my school days. If anyone knows of anything please let me know.

I'm way to excited to visit my family over Christmas break. it will be such a great time.

I'm reading Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norell for the third time ... well i should say trying to read it for the third time. A friend convinced me if i keep reading it gets better. I must say I'm finally interested after getting to page 367 or something. haha most people would of given up, not me I'm determined to read it.

Really I haven't been up to much but thinking about school and stressing about my placement tests so now all I'm stressing about is finding a job but I'm not to worried..

Well todays been absolutly freezing ... not a favorite thing. i did however get to do breakfast with the parents. they are just the cutest. i then ended up at home. all comfy in my bed reading harry potter number 7 for the third time yes this may be because i saw the new movie last night and that it excited me so much i had to re read the book. it was great.

i've been feeling stressed lately. go away anxiety i really don't like you!

last night a friend took me to an acoustic set show. it was so much fun. i was introduced to Patrick park and fell in LOVE for real he was soooo good live. and i LOVED everysingle song. spencer bought two of his cds and let me put them on my ipod. i was listening to them in my car and this old lady next to me is waving at me so i unroll the window and she is like who are you listening to its beautiful so i told her and she hurried to write it down she was tooo cute. her are a few of his songs.

also the main event Seawolf. i was excited for him i was just pleasently surprised by patrick and i sort of wanted him to keep playing ... but seawolf was amazing to and let me say how much i always enjoy the kilby court venue. its just like your best friends with the band.

so today was a day like anyother. until my brother texted me and said want to buy my vampire weekend/beach house tickets from me.,.. and me thinking it was for next week said sure ... come to find out it was tonight thank goodness he called i would have been so sad other wise. anyways amazing amazing music love them both. always. i've been waiting for beach house and vw to come for a while. anyways i saw victoria legrand (singer of beach house) at her merch table and no one even noticed her well i was like im going and talking to her. anyways ... i want a shirt and my moneys in the car marci has twelve bucks its twenty five she runs to get her card. i on the other hand ask her if we can take a picture she says sure. anyways as were waiting for the girl to take it she kisses me on the cheek four times. then after were talking and she says you have amazing hair and beautiful skin. then she says your a rare beauty. she also says if its too stressful for marci to get back to me with the money then i can just take the shirt. she signed it xo beauty then her name. good times. with my new girlfriend ha ha. why are boys never like that.\\ also may i say that vampire weekend is amazing live his voice is incredible. so cool.

so for the twenty fourth we decided to take up an offer for a night at a cabin with good friends and good times. me shelby mads and odette headed to manti to meet up with some people. after the mini road trip we get to the cabin and head to the lake/pond there was some controversy as to what it truly was. we went rafting and swimming and thrown off the dock. then the boys went golfing and us girls back to the cabin for a nap.. the boys got back we all got ready and headed to dinner. then finding a place to watch fire works. we ended up knocking on someones door and asking if it would be alright to sit on the front lawn which it was. then we headed back to the cabin. fire pit with scary stories... then the hot tub then hours and hours of crazy talk from tiredness. and not so funny pranks. thank you pioneers.!!

Modest Mouse and avi buffalo what a great way to start out the twilight series. it was SO packed though ... that being the only down fall. great opportunity to people watch thought which is always a favorite thing to do... and we pretty much ran into everyone there. it was fun seeing friends. also pioneer park is a much better location in my opinion then the galvin. i cant even imagine all those people trying to crowd in there it would of been even more chaotic

the other night me and marci and tyler went to sushi. and on our way back to the car we saw this work of art and had to take a picture with it way to cool!!

Work has also been going really good so far. its great to be back in the salon. the other day we all randomly one by one ended up at fauntelles house for a bbq (her house is connected to the salon :))

Salt lake was a blast. we went to the green festival which was definatly a fun time. went and walked in the city just browsing fun shops and fun little cafes. such nice weather. not to hot but not freezing fun days!

My Birthday was AMAZING!! minus i didnt have the twin there to celebrate with i guess thats growing up though. the night started in the girls sugarhouse backyard.. so dang cute... and we had live music bramble so fun and come to find out i'd met one of the members a while back at a random house party! Anyways the night was special ... slc was beautiful with the spring time weather. i was so happy to see everyone. and it made me crave slc even more...ha
